Hi, Any one can tell if offshore applicant has review rights to appeal in AAT or not. My employer asking me to appeal in AAT after visa refusal. My nomination was refused and then after 4 months I got visa refusal. I will be very thankful if someone can help me with my query.

After 3 days I will finish 19 months after submission of my nomination and visa but no update from immi yet. Don't know what's going on?

Do you think that new rules will apply on application which were submitted 1 and half year ago. if they will ask for 3 years experience for 187 DE at the time submission then too many of us will be in trouble. I had just 1 and half years experience that time when i applied for 187 visa.

Donot know anything mate. I am waiting for almost 18 months now without any update. Whenever i asked my agent she always says we can't do anything other than wait. I am sick and tired of this waiting game.

That's true mate. They started processing April 2016 files end of march 2017 but still working on same month. Donot how long they gonna take more to process this months.
