Hi, were shortly going to be leaving the UK and I was wondering what are some of the things one needs to do with their pension and taxes here. Did you just try and do this yourselves? Was it easy to find information? (We've failed so far in Google) or is it better to find a company here to help us? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We we don't have much having just sold our flat, nor do we have a large pension. thanks very much j

Hi, the supplement which is a blend of fish and seed oil, keeps her coat healthy and joints supple. There are loads of brands on the online pet shops in Oz that do the plant type Omega oils but you still need the addition of fish oil for the missing Omega number - I can't remember which. If you have a dog, try it, you will notice a huge difference in a couple of weeks. Also and sorry to be gross, but their motion improves tool.

Hi Forumites, I would like to bring in with me a couple of things I currently use for my dog, her toothpaste and Yumega Plus oil (fish and plant extracts). I can can see that you can buy the Yumega brand oil in Oz but not the Plus version. And with regard to her toothpaste, I can't find the same brand, Virbac. Is is anyone able to help provide guidance on this, short of me trying to find out the AVPMA for a list of banned active ingredients. I'm just asking as I would like to bring a couple of spare tubes so I can tie myself over for the first few months until I can find something similar and she likes in Oz. thanks J

Hi Isabelle, I'm a bit closer in but we were also looking at Mandurah - love the thought that one can have a boat parked in the backyard! Which is still a dream for us. I'm going back after 17 years here in the UK to be with family - very excited but oh so sentimental about leaving. Can you believe I even enjoy tube journeys now in peak times? Bonkers huh! Hi all, we just recently got granted our visa and now getting down to the nuts and bolts of planning our move. I was was wondering if anyone has any advice with regard to the best vehicle to secure our money that we're bringing over. The money is to buy our home so I need it to be safe. We're looking to secure our money for 1-2 years whilst we decide if we're living in Perth or Melbourne. is a term deposit the best way? Also, would anyone have a recommendation for best money advice website. I've been reading MOZO, Money Smart and the money section in SMH. Are ther any other ones out there for Aus? Thank you all. J
