Hi Jess, Yes you can submit your application prior to the medicals. In fact the medicals are submitted automatically online via the hospital where you have the medicals, you don't do anything apart from turn up to the hospital and all the results are completed online by the doctors - so there isn't anything for you to do. My husband and I had our medicals in June for our PR189 Visa, I would say that in total it took about an hour; 1st - Introduction, check in and payment 2nd - Nurse - checking blood pressure, urine samples etc 3rd - Doctor - more detailed checks on your medical history, some reflex tests 4th - X-Ray It was really quite easy and we were notified online about a week later, so I wouldn't be stressing about anything. Thank you for your reply.. I just need to be honest with the furniture shipment the - being quoted between £2.5k and £3.5k between different logistics companies. All systems go now - so much to do.. Stressful..

Sounds like a great plan and I appreciate you coming back to me.. I'm going to take your advice and getting selling stuff on eBay that we really don't need or use and only ship essentials. Better get sorting out..

Dear All I am in need of everyone's experience regarding shipping of furniture from UK to Australia. My hubby and I are moving out to Brisbane early next year and we need to start looking at shipping.
