Typical Vacation (IT Jobs)

I am curious if anyone has an idea of standard vacation allotments in packages for intermediate/senior IT Jobs. i am starting to interview for positions and am relocating from Canada where the standard is 3 weeks vacation plus statutory holidays.

I am hoping it is more than 3 weeks because it just isn't enough! :)

4 weeks for me. That's standard across the organisation I work for. And it doesn't increase with service which is a bit crap.

Usually around 4 weeks a year, plus public holidays.....which vary from state to state. Some states have more than others!!

plus many companies offer paid long service leave of 12ish weeks after either 10 or 15 years
