Warehouse Manager jobs anywhere in Australia

Hi

Can anyone help me to get a Warehouse Manager's job before I leave the UK ? I have applied online through the usual jobsites.Maybe you know some recruitment agencies that will interview in the UK ?
I am a Warehouse manager for a large pharmaceutical company

I am an Australian citizen hoping to move my family to either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
it's a big gamble to go out there without a job fixed up

Also, Are there any other Warehouse,Logistics professionals out there who gambled on getting a job once out there ? I'd like to hear your experiences
