Things needed for VETASSESS electrician test

Hi there

Does anyone have any info on evidence that VETASSESS require with the applicaiton form. Having abit of trouble filling it in & wondered what evidence other people working for a complany sent: they say they want: PHOTOS, LOG BOOKS, TRADE LICENCE, WORK JOURNALS, TRAINING PROGRAMME???? Do you have to send all of this, cos my partner qualified 20 years ago & one of the companies he trained with doesnt exist anymore! What sort of pics do they want? And what is a log book??

Does anyone also know of your employer has to give details of the vareity of jobs you have worked on?

Any help much appreciated: this is more coplicated than it looks!!
