job at princess alexandra hospital

Hi there. I may have ajob at the PA hospital in brisbane. Been researching this area, seems quite expensive for rentals. Does anyone have any advice on the best place to live near this hospital. I have 2 young kids. Would like easy access to public transport. Does anyone know how far this area is from the coast? Any advice appreciated.

Thanx

lou

Job at PA

Hi, I am starting my new job at he PA Hospital in Brisbane on 2nd June.

Still not sure where to live yet, but staying with friends for a few weeks until we decide and get a rental. Flying out on 8th May so will have 3 weeks before starting work.

What job are you going for and do you know which department?

Not too far from coast, but more expensive to live there (about 30 - 45 minutes away).

PM me if you want and I'll keep in touch when I get there.

Hiya, nice to hear from you. Sounds good, it would be nice to talk to someone who's in the ame situation. You'll need to keep me updated on the area because we're not coming out until September if I 've got the job!! I had my telephone interview last night for a position in ortho, they were really nice and down to earth you know having a laugh and a joke at the same time and I found this really relaxing!!

So what department have you got a job in? Are you going with family? Im going with my hubby and two kids, 5 and 8 months.

Thats good you've got friends out there, we're getting temp accomodation for 2 weeks so I suppose that will give us pleanty time to look at diff areas.

Take Care

Lou

look at Brisbane Queensland Australia - suburbs - maps - accommodation - events - street and business directory - restaurants - ourbrisbane.com and you can view all the suburbs. Look at BRissies western suburbs, like RiverHills, Mt Ommaney, Sinnamon Park. You are only 1/2 hour frmo the PA here!
