Hair & Beauty In Brisbane????

Hiya All

Some of you know that I work in the cosmetics' field, but what you may not know is that I have just sold my Tanning & Beauty Salon here in Gillingham ready for our big move in September.

My question is this..................

Are there any places in the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast that are lacking in a good all round Hair and Beauty Salon? I don't actually do hair but I am sure I'll find someone who does.

This is obviously just a thought at the moment, because to be honest I'm not sure what I want to do when in Oz. BUT if there is a good opportunity it may be worth doing some investigating!

Hiya id be tempted to research the areas that are currently being developed,theres lots of houses and estates being built so there is a market out there,our local salon is always packed and even opens till 8 a few nights,they do nails,hair etc,

hey well mrs c if ya open a hairdressers let me know my partner is a hairdresser and struggled to get work here on the cold coast :) best of luck with your move

Thanks for the replies, it is something that keeps rolling around in my head, but what you say Cal is exactly right..Do the research..lol

I would want the type of salon that does the whole lot, Hair, nails, beauty (not sure about the spray tanning though!)

Would obviously be looking for somewhere that is in need of such a place. Not too much competition.
