We've old our house!!!!!!!
Hi all,
we think we have sold our house. We put it on the market expecting it to take months to shift and in less than a week we had two viewings and the first to view put an offer in for the full asking price the same day!
I said to my husband. You mustn't get too excited but be cautiously optimistic and that we shouldn't take it serious until they have a survey done.
The next day my husband comes home to find I have boxed up 1/4 of the house, bought a new suitcase and packed it with my stuff!!
So here I sit cautiously optimistic!
Looks like the market is picking up as a few houses in our village have sold signs on them. Good luck to you all selling your houses and fingers crossed ours won't fall through.
Watch this space.

Hi Sarah, glad to hear the market is picking up, fingers crossed for the sale. We are going to put ours on the market next week, we to are thinking it may take a long time, but judging by yours may be not! Got our TRA returned today and were successful!!!!! YIPEE! Now waiting for the new passports to come before submitting visa. Are you going on Sunday to the notts/derby meet?
