Perth Labouring Jobs

Hi guys hope you can help me with this question. My o/h is a self employed plasterer but as he has no trade certificates etc he doesn't seem to think he will get a job. With this in mind he is hoping to secure a labouring job and then maybe once he has got to know a few people they will give him a chance to show what plastering skills he has. He would quite happily labour again as he is a very hard worker and just wants to earn something. Also we are going on my skills so this wont be an issue to actually get there. If anyone has any idea of what kind of money a labourer gets that would be great too (we expect it will be minimum but thats ok) Thanks a million xxx
