Recruitment Agencies

Hi all, can anyone recommend a recruitment agency that deals with UK people trying to get a job in Oz. I have been on a few websites but can't seem to find anyone to send my CV to.

Hi Andy, depending upon what type of work you wish to do, you could try Kelly Services in Oz, they have offices all over. Their website address is Kelly Services : jobs, job search, employment, resume tips, careers |. I actually work for Kelly in the UK in their HR Department and have done so for the last 9 years. Unfortunately I couldn't get a transfer to work in the HR Dept in Oz as it is in Sydney and we want to go to Perth, but they are going to help me find work when we arrive later this year.

Why not go to one of the Expo's in April. We're going to the one in London. There should be loads of agencies there for you to talk to.

Thanks, I am planning on going to the expo in Leeds. Just impatient and want to get the ball rolling as soon as possible!!

hi mate. have you tried SEEK. its a pretty good job seeking site for oz. usually has agencies advertising loads of positions. should find some links on there.

Hi Andy,

I recently moved to Brisbane and went through a company called Globe Recruitment. They are especially good for people in trades and engineering type jobs and service the Qld regions. Look them up on Google, they are based in Brisbane. I have permanent residency now, they were able to hook me up with a job before I arrived.
