Have finally moved my butt and applied for jobs seeing as I have now had my Victorian nursing registration for a good few months.
Thought if I was successful and managed to secure employment then this visa might come a little more quickly.
I am still in touch with various agencies but all the positions seem to be in NSW, Queensland and Perth but I want to go to Victoria.
I have applied for positions in Acute Medical wards - yes, I am a glutton for punishment but I think it is a case of - better the devil you know.
Not holding out much hope but at least they will know who I am............if I am successful then I will be shi**ing a brick.
Will keep you posted as to the outcome.
