Welding in Perth

Hi all, I have been looking for welding positions in Perth especially the mines. Does anyone know whether I need to be coded or will my welding and fabrication levels 1,2 and 3 be sufficient with seven years experiance.

yes there's plenty of jobs in the mines (if your mad enough) I've a mate who worked in the mines in wa perth. didn't in them long though. plenty of money if you want it. fabrication levels 1,2 and 3 should do the trick. SEEK Job Search - Find jobs using multiple job search options work wise jobs don't tend to take of for a few months in aussie so the jobs are just not flowing yet.

I hope this helps

It's the start of the year, and work wise it don't pick up till the end of Jan. But something tells me there are plenty of jobs in Perth for welders. Perth has more jobs than Taz.

Hi Jendaz

Have a look at this link, I suggest:

Complete Migration Solutions

It says they have employers looking for 1st class welders. I don't know any more about it than that but some PiO members used them and have been delighted with them.

Cheers

Gill
