have you looked on seek.com.au and also yellow pages is on line - you could perhaps approach companies directly. Sitting the English Test will also give you extra points.

definately look at seek.com theres a huge shortage of sheet metal workers, do you know where you want to go as i think the south are desperate for them? even if you didnt want to go there first if it means work and a visa you can always move later on? goodluck

Hi Paul, Have you thought of State/Teritory sponsorship? We needed extra points and this provided them for us and we didn't have to sit the english test in order to get it. Have a look and see which state needs your job skills as each state gives a list of who they need and will sponsor. Or if you have an agent talk to them about this as well.

Hi Paul, if you take sponsorship it means you have to live there for 2 years then you can move, but if you can sponsorship in a state you want then it wont pose you a problem?
