Hi

I think it is a certificate/card you have to apply for if you are going to work with children, and vulnerable people. Usually affects those that are working in the health service and such like.

The Blue Card I believe you are asking about and which is most often spoken about on here is the card required by all people who work in the construction industry and is basically a health and safety thing. You can do it online and when you have passed you receive the Blue Card which allows you to work on sites etc. See Welcome To Blue Dog Training
