I found this by searching for childcare in Victoria and then looked at the pages for professionals.
I still have not applied to Early Childhood Australia to get my qualifications assessed/approved, it's on my TO DO list as well 
A person seeking work as a qualified staff member in a licensed children's service must have successfully completed an approved early childhood qualification or equivalent. A list of the approved qualifications may be found at
www.dhs.vic.gov.au/qualifications.
If the qualification is not on this list, the Early Childhood Australia (Vic) Inc (ECA) will assess the qualification for equivalence and provide a recommendation to the Department of Human Services.

To be employed in a funded kindergarten program, qualified staff members must be qualified teachers holding an approved early childhood teacher qualification. A list of approved early childhood teacher qualifications is available at
