blue card

Hi guys
Heres one of my silliest questions so far - just had a look on the web site for obtaining a blue card. Its says on the site that you need amongst other things a printer connected to pc. Well basically i haven't a printer to work with my laptop. Does anyone know if i can still go ahead and complete this without my printer? Do they post certificate to you or is this what i need the printer for? Cheers. Confused.
Eddie
