question about house and land
Hi
Can anyone enlighten me
We are looking to purchase some land from an on site agent which is very popular, do you actually pay asking price or will they barter.
Also would you say it is cheaper to go with a house builder which have show room or a local company who arrange house design and building.
Do you have to pay stamp duty on a new house and if so how much and also do you get the money back for first time buyers in oz how does it work.
We are on the Sunshine Coast so if anyone can recommend a builder i would greatly appreciate it.
