Anyone know how we can get brother there?

We are still applying for our visa but if and when we get it we would like to try to get my brother in law there. He is 25 at the moment and works on the railway. He's worked his way up and is now covering for management staff but not qualified to the level he is working at. I've been told brother in law could be sponsored by us but only if he is skilled as well with an occupation in demand. Does anyone know of any other way we could get him there. My husband would really really miss him. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

Could be possible depending on his skills, what did he do on the railway before taking on a management role?

try looking on the DIAC website and see if his skills are in demand

my sister in law was in the same position, she has got to go to college for 2yrs and she decided to do commercial catering, its only 20hrs a week so hopefully she can get a job to keep her a float while she does the course there are lots of other courses might be useful talking to migration agent....
