For hairdressing you need nvq2 and 6 years experiance. if you have this you can get a 136 no probs(apart from the waiting, and waiting etc) me and the wife got in on this and are in brisbane now. Good luck.

Hi there

I can't help on the skills front myself. I don't know anything about hairdressing.

However, I think yourbet would be to speak with a few Registered Migration Agents. Most of them are happy to chat for 15 minutes or so for free and they can point you in the right direction..

Are yu comfortably under 45?

Cheers

Gill

Hi

You'll soon get the hang of it. A PM iss a Private Message. If you look towards the top right of yor screen, you'll se it says Private Measage and there should be a flag-type icon flashing.

Shout if you need additional help.

Janette is lovely - very concerned to try to help others get to Oz.

Cheers

Gill

Hi Ya

We are going on a 175 in demand for haidressing. My partner has been a hairdresser/ barber for many years but had no bits of paper to say he could cut hair. But all he needed for the TRA was proof he had done a apprenticship back in the dark ages when he was 17, we got this by his NI payments and a letter from his boss and our accountant (self employed) stating that he had been doing hairdressing for the past 2 years and we passed the TRA on that.

You could call a few agents to check your work experience will be ok.

Hope this helps
