We have used visaconnection.co.uk and they have been excellent, have been able to pay in instalments so that has made life a little easier. I phoned around a lot first, good luck and all the best in the visa process.

We are using Ian Harrop and Associates. They have held our hand through the whole process so relatively stress free. The TRA was the hardest part and they have a guy there who specialises in the TRA application.
A lot of people on here have had good service from a lot of different agents. Probably a good idea if you call a few and then go with your gut instinct.

We are using ASA they have been factastic particularly with supporting us through the TRA process, they have a posting system similar to this website where you post to the agent and we've always had a reply within 24 hrs however silly the question.

Hi, we are using Go Matilda, who have been great, they have offices both in the UK and OZ, and are very helpful, all questions are answered straight away. Also seem to be reasonable priced compared to some others.

Alan Collett from GoMatilda often pops up on here and offers snippets of advice etc and people seem happy. Do a search on 'agents' (Advanced search, put agents in the title) and you will find shed loads of good and bad experiences upon which to base your decision.
