I was reading one of the forums about spending about 4000$ dollars a
month to live out in Aus what type of mortages have people got have most of you gone out there with equity.....also what would be the re payments on 450,000$

Just trying to get an idea.....

beginning to worry a bit OH is an electrician and would probably only earn 40,000$: we think......

Any information would be great:eek:

Also, if your goining out on a permanent visa i've learnt u may be able to claim family asistance (bit like our child tax credit) if your on a low income.
