Welder help

Hi my hubby getting really worried that he may not be able to get work once we are in oz will he need to do any extra training or gain certificates etc before he can start a job we have passed the TRA he is a fully qualified welder has been for 20yrs any advice would be great thanx in advance

I do not think he will have a problem if he is experienced in several processes, eg mig, tig, mma, fcaw and smaw.

there is a great shortage of welders and all metal trades, i am going as a boilermaker, although i did 5 yrs chasing a blue light in structural steel.
