Advice please - converting UK ATPL pilot licence (fixed wing) to Oz equivalent.

Hi everyone :)

My partner and I have just been granted our 175 PR visa. My partner is a commercial pilot (business jets) and will need to convert his UK qualification (ATPL) into an Australian one before he can apply for jobs.

We know that he will have to take the exams and flight tests in Oz but don't know how much time to allow for this. We have a 3 week trip booked but don't know whether this gives him enough time.

Has anyone been through this process recently? If so, how long did it take you?

I appreciate this is a very niche topic so it would be great to hear from anyone who has any experience of this! Thanks for taking the time to read this.
