      Project manager fifo ?

Hi , my names Kelly , just wondering if any one could give me any idea what a project manager could expect as salary doing fifo on a 21 day on 10 day off ? My husband is getting interviewed for this job but with that many days away I'd like to think it would be decent money , any help would be appriciated , many thanks .

Hi, My hubby has been offered between $150,000-$175,000 for a FIFO job in QLD ( health and safety manager) 3 weeks on 1 week off, final salary still to be agreed.

Where and when will you be relocating to and what company will the hubby be working for?

Hi ,wow thanks for the quick reply , he's only at interview stage at the moment , but it's for a mining company from Perth ,he's also got an interview for a company at Brisbane but its not fifo , we'd be looking at coming over in October as he has to give 3 months notice at his current job ! Does your name mean you are 33 ? Have you any children as I'm 33 , I have two children and I'm really gonna be lost !

Hi Rebecca , I'm 34 this year , I have two girls nearly 10 and 14 who want to come yesterday lol , I'm from Lincolnshire where hubby's in the steel industry , he's 36 this year , we're all just fed up of feeling like we're in prison for 9 months of the year , we all want a new start with a challenge , I don't think it matters how much you earn here , you just cant enjoy it with children , everything you do with them has to be inside and I want them to have an outdoor lifestyle ! I really hope the job in Brisbane comes off as that's where I'd really like to be x

Hi, i totally agree with you, im done with the uk, i flew to perth in 2006 and fell in love with it but the job on offer is in Qld, so deciding on the goldcoast as a base seemed right for us, have a look at Robina in Goldcoast, it has great reviews and looks beautiful.
My children are pretty much like yours, they want everything done yesterday, i have 2 daughters 10 and 16 (17 in sep) and 1 son who is 15 tomorrow. oh and my hubby is 37 in november so the ages are pretty similar to yours

      Thanks TobyJD

How quickly from finding the advert and applying did you get the job. How did they select you? Also Did you start the visa process off first or is a relocation package part of the deal...and how long have you been waiting for it?

Sorry for all the questions..feel like a chicken and egg situation not quite sure where to or what to start with first..lol.x
