Dairy Intolerant

This got lost in another post so I'm posting again.

I'm dairy intolerant and have goat's milk and cheese etc, do they have this in Oz?

Thanks

Hi
I am wheat and diary intolerant and I did not have any problem getting non diary foods in Melbourne, my nephew has just been diagnosed with an allergy to diary and I know that my sis buys lactose free milk. I got some really nice goats cheese in Vic market, not that cheap I am sure but really good. Wheat free foods were really easy to find and the bread was a lot better than I get here.

hope that helps

There are a lot of people who have gluten intolerance and its easy to find foods here for that. My friend has it and Bakers Delight the baker makes special bread twice a week.

I find Australia has a much better range of foods for people with dietary requirements than overseas places do. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and its always harder overseas for her than here.
