Big Barbies - Do They Work In Oz?

HI - JUST WONDERED IF MY SUPER DUPER BARBIE WILL WORK IN AUSTRALIA. IT CURRENTLY WORKS OFF CALOR GAS BOTTLES AND I WANTED TO SEE WHETHER IT WOULD BE WORTH TAKING IT WITH ME.
ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT.

We brought our bbq with us and we've been told we will have to pay for it to be converted as the gas connections are illegal here and to be honest they are so reasonably priced here its not worth it so we have converted ours to a charcoal bbq in the interim and will be buying a new one when we move into our new house. Could be different from state to state but gas bottles here in WA won't fit our bbq fittings from the UK.

G'day all...barby's are pretty cheap here...or you can go top shelf....ranging from $100 to $5000..
thing is..
no matter how big ya barby is...
as long as it can still cook a slab of beef and a few snags...
can't lose....and save weight too bringing it over..
