Medicals referred - But I've not been to the doctors or hospital in 27 years!

We had our medicals 10 days ago and they were received down under on the 13th. Yesterday they said "received" against both mine and my wife's.

Today hers says "finalised" yet mine says "referred"

I've only been to hospital once when I broke my leg aged 3 and dont remember the last time I went to a doctor - It was over 20 years ago thats for sure. My BMI is spot on and my blood pressure was perfect.

Is it normal for the status to go from received through referred and then finalised?

hi there!! mine went from recived to referred then 2 days later to finalised and my step daughters,every one elses went from recived to finalised!! i shouldnt worry too much, you might check tomorrow and they will be finalised :) xx

Panic over - Got up early today to check online and it now says finalised for us both!

Hiya just wondered if u can help? My visa status says health requirement oustanding but further medical and blood results referred! Have I missed doing something? Or does it just mean the report is still being processed? Really worrying. X

Hey dont worry my medicals and my daughters who was just 1 at the time were showing referred - they were finalised a few days later.

If there had been anything in your past medical history - how ever small, they are refered, it can sometimes take a few days for someone from HOC to look at them.
