Hello, I am new to PIO, I have been reading through this site for many many hours, There is so much info on here it is amazing, But if like me you are only just "stepping out your front door" on your journey to migrating to OZ, I was hoping some of the more experienced could share their advice with us here from things like: experience's with your journey what agents you could suggest ( not sure if this would be allowed on this site ? ) What order you should have done things in what you have realised you didn't need to take & what you should have Things like this but not sticking with just these I hope people will take the time to share their time and tell us about their experience's Thank you in advance
Great idea for a group. I'm hoping that I'll learn from what other people have done. Think the big thing for me is the what to take back, and all the various things that need to be sorted out on arrival. Like which internet provider, mobile. then experiences - how long did it take stuff to actually arrive, job hunting - i've heard CVs are different there, and employers ask for different information like much more about qualifications and that they can be a bit parochial about having australian experienced. ie. gone are the days when they were impressed with big city experience.
I like this group its a good idea. And hello Australian dreamer, you joined a thread I put up a while ago about a 176 visa....Have you got any further with your dreams of OZ??
