Has anyone been asked to pay a pet bond? If so how much was it? We havenīt, just curious thatīs all.
Hello, I came here with a cat and never had to pay a pet bond. Rather, the agency added a clause in the contract that made us responsible for any damage that the cat may have caused in the flat. I always took extreme care to leave the properties I rented spotless (as in: cleaner than I got them) and never had an issue.
No that's the weirdest thing I've heard!
Just to add to this, we were not asked for a pet bond, there is a clause in our contract which sayīs we have to have the carpets professionally cleaned when we vacate ..... so far no accidents
