Sorry anxious mum its certainly not.........vegemite has malt in it.....YUK! When I lived in Oz back in 2001, you couldn't buy marmite. But I understand now, you can now buy My Mate which is our marmite, I think Coles sell it.

I don't think you can get jaffa cakes, there was link on here a few days about an english food shop which sold online, maybe you could get them from there.

Personally I've never tasted "dog's poo", but if it tastes as good as Vegemite, I'm surprised there is so much of it laying on the streets.

You can buy Marmite here in Oz but its made by Sanitarium & tastes ruddy awful (nothing like uk marmite) try vegemite it tastes good
