Cool Pacific Pines

Hi

I was also wondering if anyone is going or knows anything about pacific pines, Gold Coast.

We have been looking at this are for a while now and think it looks lovely. Just wondered if anyone knows anyone who lives there or if you live there yourselves. If you could share any info with us that would be great.

I am 32 , Hubby 34 and two boys ages 14 and 10

Thankx
Jan

Hi Jan,

I think Pacific Pines was featured on one of the Wanted Down Under (Revisited) programmes that was shown earlier this year. If you haven't already seen it maybe you could download it from the BBC website? It looked lovely, houses were massive!

Hi Jan
Bumping your thread back up, but you may need to do this again later. There are a few members on PIO that live in Pacific Pines and I am sure they can tell you all about it but they are probably sleeping at the moment.

Good Luck

Hi.

Pac. Pines is lovely. Quite new. People tend to buy plots of land there and build their own properties. It's not that 'close' to everything, a bit of a drive out. But not many down points in my opinion.

Talking Pacific Pines Rocks!!!!

We love Pacific Pines, great for families, nice bbq park areas and great local facilities, I.E.
Shopping, medicare, and soooo much more. we have a young family 3 children ages from 7 months 4 years and 8 years, Great choice of schools and kindys. Fab places for mums and tots to get together! if anyone needs any info on this area, please dont hesitate to contact.

I used Sarah at Goldcoast relocations. She helped me to find my rental and schools and settle in to the Australian life!

donovan will become famous soon enough
Hiya Jan

Pacific Pines is a lovely area to live, it has great parks & bbq areas, a few shops, like woolworths, chemist, real estate bakers video, tavern etc, this will be made bigger due to the demand of people moving on here, you do have a bigger shopping centre at Helensvale which is about 5 mins drive from PP my boys who are 12/10 & 4 have settled into school and have made friends no problem
It is about 20 mins from the mountains and about the same to the beaches both of which are lovely so spoilt for choice really.

Hope this helps

Sarah x
