Question Beaudesert

Hi

Does anyone know what it is like to live in Beaudesert on the Gold Coast. Only house prices seem quite cheap, and you get alot of land for your money!!!!

I know it is quite inland and not near the Ocean but does anybody know what the area is like???

Thankx
Jan

hiya until recently we were classed as Beaudesert, also known as the horsey capital due to the amount of greenery and horses, lol ,i live 10 mins down the road,, the town itself is growing rapidly with new houses, shops and estates being built,it still carries the country cowboy feel which i think is great .It has most things you could need ,shops, schools, supermarkets, public pool, parks etc ,houses there are excellent value for money at the moment with lots of acerage plots sooo cheap .A client we relocated last month feel for it as soon as they saw it and are now happily renting there, its just over an hour to city or gold coast so not too far inland. The border for NSW isnt far away too we often go that way on our sunday drives as there is some fantastic scenery Hope this helps a bit

Kia another member off here as just moved there with her family and she likes it.The views from her rental are fantastic looking out over the mountains towards the gold coast. There are a few purpose built estates with newer houses as alot of the houses around the centre are the older weatherboard type.It has a full shopping centre with coles, woolys ,mitre10,retrovision,various banks and lots of other big name shops. There are a few primary schools and a high school all serviced by the school bus.
Im going there today (as we do most tuesdays) To do some bits of shopping and then Jodi gets her lunchtime treat at Mcdonalds(bless her).Let me know if you need anymore info,
