Moving to Perth

Hi Everyone

I am in the process of moving to Perth in the next three months, I will be renting an apartment at first and will need to buy or lease a car.

Is there anything I need to do or plan for in the next few months, that I may have missed, apart from the usual?

Any advice would be greatly welcome.

Hi Martin!

I just saw your post and thought I'd mention something - getting rental accommodation in Perth is really difficult at the moment. My husband and I are actually landlords, and we have been inundated with applications. I'd suggest you have a medium-term fallback plan just in case you can't find somewhere to rent immediately.

hi martin

just take plenty of ref's with you as will help plus enough money to pay for 6

months rent so at least you can pay them straight away........

loads of sun cream and just enjoy your time there

we to are heading to perth once house is sold so good luck with life down

under
