We have had a quote for flights in October to Perth, The cheapest by far is with Royal Brunei. Are they any good? We will be flying with 3 young boys.
Thanks Deb

Hi
We used them last August and they were great. The food was good (by airline standard) and they have screens in the back of the seats with films and games for the kids.
The airport in Brunei is small and basic, but clean. It has a small number of shops and a large coffe shop.
we got quotes from them as well for our trip in November approx 600 each all in london to perth, good prices thats for sure

hi Dibdobs ... We Flew With Them 13yrs Ago [prices Now Irrelevant] .... But I Can Honestly Say They Were Brill ... Much More Attentive Than Emirates... And My Daughter Who Was 5 At The Time Spent Most Of The Flight In The Galley With The Stewarts !!!
the Only Reason I Would Not Use Them Again Is Because They Only Fly Out Of Heathrow And Its More Convenient For Us To Fly With Emirates Out Of Glasgow .... When We Went They Were A "dry " Airline Which Means They Dont Serve Alcohol ... But We Were Allowed To Use Our Duty Free And They Supplied Us With Mixers ... All Round Excellent Service

Went with them to Perth in 2006, very well looked after, as previously stated they don't serve booze which i was gutted about! As for BYO i'm not sure about that, you would have to check. They do some sort of prayer thing before you take off which i found quite amusing. No complaints apart from gagging for a wine or 3 for 20 odd hours!
Highly recommend them we've always used them in fact my daughter's going back to the UK in 5 weeks for 3 months with them and they are the best price , best food , & best service by miles Have a good trip

[We flew with them last year to go on our recce : they were great. Fly on a Monday, they seem much less busy and we were able to each move seats and stretch out. My daughter took a cheap camp roll up and put that on the floor to sleep! Really friendly staff. Two possible minus's - first was several of the seat movie screens didnt work but we were able to move seats to find one that did, might be more difficult with little ones (mine were 10 and 11yrs). Secondly is is a dry flight (no booze) which didnt bother us and arrived feeling very sprightly! I would fly with them again. Bon Voyage.
Forgot to mention the food - it is not the normal BA stuff, keep in mind they will serve local type food which might no suit little ones but I would just take their fave snacks with you to keep them going. There isnt really time in Dubei to get a meal, but you could pick up a snack in Brunei. Noodles seemed to dominate the menu!

Thanks again, Deb

Please let me know how you get on especially the BYO "problem". We have just booked our flights in october-into Brisbane and out of Perth and it was £725.
Hi I flew back to the UK from Brunei with that Airline 18hrs. Very polite and courteous staff however, the food was poor and the planes were not the cleanest I've been on.
