Hope you lot can help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi guys,

i am stressed out as we have had no luck with the house like many on here, plus can not rent out so my worry is we have to validate visa's by begining of dec so looks like have to take a holiday but want to do it as cheaply as possiable as 5 going.

we have give ourselfs another 12 weeks if no one comes with offer then have to book flight as all going up in price.

what i am asking all of you is do you know any good cheap places to stay holiday homes/appartments we will be going end oct for 2 weeks (2 adults,3 children)

have looked on auzzie.com and a few others but can anyone recommend any others hopefully perth or SOR.

it is getting very stressfull living in limbo, as if we have to go on holiday i know i will be crying all the way home plus fed up as money spent will be less to take with us to start our new life's, could be a long wait till house is sold till we go back as we have dropped it to the limit we can go to so if does not sell our dreams will be on hold until it does....................

sorry to go on hope someone can help

julie

Sorry Julie can't help with you with the accomodation in Perth, but just wanted to say I know exactly how you feel as we have to validate (if we ever get the visa) by the 1st December and house not sold not even a viewer. It's all so bad and soooo frustrating

Good luck and hope all goes well for you x

hi have to say think we will be in the same boat! were thinking of letting the house we have agents coming around tomorrow to chat to us,, not an option we prefer but a we can't afford to give the house away, so for us as long as the mortgage gets paid thats what were hoping , we do want to rent for at least 2 years anyway the other side. is it worth you looking into this? at least if you can you your maybe doing the one way trip! all the best

i know what you mean, my oh thinks the same about cutting the ties also the hassle of renting here when over there, but its gotta be the option for us were just selling it all, thats our prob all our equity is in the house, so were going to family and a job hopefully this will ease the pressure on that score, its so hard isn't it at least you have your visa were not at that point yet! all the best with your decision.
