The PIO website is always slow. I suspect that the website is hosted in Oz in which case like all the oz websites I've ever accessed from the UK they are slower than those in the UK/US/Europe.
I believe this is down to the poor infrastructure in Oz, which is also why broadband speeds that are available their are slower and more expensive than in the UK.

Hi karen i was begining to think it was me, i have had allsorts going wrong this week with the main problem being really slow and sitting looking at a grey screen for minutes on end, it even crashed on me during chat last nite.
