Food For Thought
Hi all
Not preaching but please if your asking questions please give out as much info as possible.
Its hard answering questions on where to live if we dont know what you want and what you can afford?
Thanks Geoffrey

Geoffrey, First of all I thought the thread was going to be abt Food !! LOL Missed me brekkie and that's all I can think about.
OK here's one for you, My Oh is a Refrigeration/Air-Conditioning Mechanic (currently awaiting 175)
we are looking at Sunshine Coast like the sound of Beerwah, Beerburrum & Buderim. Emmm not sure what we can afford yet as I have a bad feeling going to need to take a drop on the house here, but lets say $550.000 (ball park figure), so what do you reckon?? Will we get a nice house? Will husband get a job? Got 2 teenagers, will this be a place for them? And are there some nice restaurants in the area?
Can you help?
x

Hi Kdal
Here goes i have had a look at some houses i take it 4 bedrooms would be the min? Keep your money in the bank you can buy a new home with great views for around $450,000 the web page i looked at was
Glasshouse Country First National Real Estate - Beerwah Real Estate, BEERBURRUM Real Estate - BEERWAH Real Estate - CABOOLTURE Real Estate - COMMISSIONERS FLAT Real Estate - DELANEYS CREEK Real Estate - GLASS HOUSE MOUNTAINS Real Estate - ILKLEY Real
For your teenagers there is an artical you may like?
A 'can do' attitude among youth at Church on the Rise, Beerwah or if they go to
Sunshine Coast daily news Noosa Maroochydore Caloundra and local suburbs you may need to seerch around it but it should have everything they need to know. You can also look up cars houses boats for sale etc think of all those extra nice things you can afford since you have a spare $100,000!!!!
As for jobs for the oh i typed in
Google then
refrigeration airconditioning mecchanic beerwah, the 2nd one down should be
CORE REMOTE PAGE click on that and all the contract air conditions should come up give them a call you never know what might come out of it!!!
As for restaurants once again type in
Google then restaurants beerwah and every restaurant will come up, the fun will be trying them all out or type in
Brisbanetimes.com.au: national, world, business, entertainment, sport and technology news for recomondations even curry houses.
Good luck i hope this helps you out
