Cool how to mail tra info to them??

Hi there everyone....

I have another question and it is regarding the TRA and how we send our info into them for the skilled migrant worker.

These are the rules:
How should the evidence be provided?
  • Documents not written in English must come with certified English translations.
  • Documents must be certified true copies.
  • Do not send original documents.
  • Do not send applications in folders or plastic sleeves.
  • Do not use dividers or spiral binders
Problem is this: Hubby and I would like to know what everyone used to send their info in through the mail. ( A yellow manilla envelope or something else?)

We need to get it right the first time! Thanks a lot!

Judy

Hi Judy, NOTHING is a dumb question when you're applying for your visa- you fixate on every very little detail being right!
We just sent our documents in a regular large envelope, registered post, then we knew it had arrived.
Another thing, I'd reccomend you send everything you have to back up your qualifications/experience, however insignificant it may seem, or you'll think after you've sent your application, why didn't I put that in!
Good luck, Jo

Thanks JO..

My hubby has lots of things to send with it. He even has photographs of jobs he has done, and a few have him actually working. He has letters of recommendations from at leat 4 employers including present time as well. The whole thing has been very stressful for him! But hopefully it will pay off in the end.

Luckily for us, Richard had only ever had one job, so more straightforward. Sounds like you have it covered though Judy.
