Our first! been on the market 3 weeks!!A lady stopped outside today got out of her car walked up and down looking at our bungalow,got back in her car and drove off.Ten minutes later agents phoned saying they had a lady wanted to view on fri.So fingers crossed!!Good luck to you all in the same boat!!!!!!

Our's has been on since the New Year, and we had one old couple last week.... that's it! Am hoping for a little more now though, what with Spring just around the corner.

Is the market picking up??????????? Can't say I'd noticed, we've been back on since last November as our buyer dropped out last minute.

Good luck with your 1st viewer. Dont you think that selling the house is MORE stressful than the process of moving to OZ......i HATE it Today my viewer drove pass my house and told the agent the sun was in the wrong place!!! ( i gather she wanted a south facing house). Anyway after screaming and kicking a few puffted up cushions, i thought, her loss my house is lovely and there is nothing i can do about the sun. So i shall await the next one. The viewer last week loved the house but offered 18,000 under our asking price after he got wind of us moving to OZ, bloody cheek, i was insulted. Anyway the owners says........................ NO.............. ha ha. xx
Don't get me started on the house selling thing. Ours has been on the market since June last year and we are sick to the back teeth of it! The amount of time wasters and numpties we have had are unbelievable. Honestly, I could write a book (and I am doing incidentally - got to do something to pass the time eh?).
We haven't noticed the market picking up, in fact its been even quieter for us in the last 3 or so weeks. We have an open day arranged for this Sunday and I am dreading it. More flowers to buy, even more cleaning (as if I don't do enough) and if no one comes, another session of suicide watch on my OH. Its awful when the house you love becomes a millstone around your neck.
Please let there be an end to this misery for all of us.
