We are starting to look at houses and really want a larger plot of about an acre.
So we have now been looking at land.
Does anyone have any info/advice on anything we should know about buying land and having another company/individual build the house for us, if you know what I mean.
Like, who lays the block? What are the extra costs involved doing it this way?
I will be going round all the house builders but just wandered if there is hidden costs I should be wary of.
Dont want to get half way through and run out of money and have to live with no roof
