We had the same. Don't wish to add to your misery but we waited 5 weeks to receive our stuff from the date it arrived in the country. I suggest you phone regularly and make a bit of a fuss - I did and I think they got fed up of talking to me, hee hee!!
What you do have to look forward to though, it feels like christmas when your own stuff arrives!
Hope it comes soon,
Caroline

I know you have a hold up at customs, but to get your stuff there in six/seven weeks is good, who did you use? all of ours are saying 12 weeks

Unhappy Goods

We are having the same issue at the mo, we were told that our shipment has passed quarantine, and was awainting customs to then pass, they hoped this would be done on Wednesday, so far even though we have been ringing ewveryday, we ended up ringing customs ourself yesterday becasue Crown said that they could not get anywhere with customs, they say they will ring back and they never do, it is so frustrating, at this stage all you want is to see your furniture again, aghhhhhhhh. 12 weeks is a realistic quote, we got told three months from when it is collected, to arriving on your door, they have four days left, and counting. Although when ours was collected, it did not leave the UK till three weeks after, so it was sat in the port. Kepp trying to think positive, we are nearer to getting it than what we were 3 months ago.

From old front door to Port of Brisbane, our stuff took 5 weeks. It just took another 3 weeks to get it through customs and quarantine, but even so, 8 weeks door to door is possible!
