I thought i would let anyone know who was interested that we are about to break our lease on a brand new 4 bedroom one storey (bungalow to you and i) home. has double garage, main bedroom with walk in robe and en suite shower. other three bedrooms all with wardrobes. has air con in main living area and fans in all others. small back garden but thats the norm here. Its a really nice home and close to a large wooloworths (the supermarket not the toy shop), petrol station, food outlets, bakers, doctors etc etc. We will be vacating on the 21st November. Only reason for us moving out is we have bought somewhere of our own. All viewings will have to go via the agent but if you are interested pm me and i will give you agents details. I know how hard it is to find a rental before they get snapped up thats why i am letting you know:)
Just an update i have collected the form from the agent and will be offically breaking lease later this afternoon and property will be advertised from tomorrow
