Mobile Contracts

Is anybody else stuck in a contract for their mobile phone ? Anybody any ideas... other than paying up the rest of the contract....??

Have your read the contract in detail, often you only need to pay a percentage of the annual fee remaining.
Alternatively phone them up and explain the situation they might tell you to go jump but until you ask you will never know.

spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and apparently its the only way out....unless somebody wants to buy our contracts off us..... buying out is going to cost us about £1500 for 2....must be another way....like just cancelling and not saying a word!!

£1500...!!!!!!!!! did you say fifteen hundred....OMG. that's a plane ticket.!!!!

Can you 'claim' (errherrmm) the phone is broken and then reject a replacement then ask for them to cancel the contract under some sort of not fit for purpose thinggy whotsit.

Hi Guys

It has crossed my mind just to cancel and leave....but i am such a worrier...i have looked through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and cant find a get out clause.... The other option is to continue paying monthly and use the phone, carefully, on roaming, would rather do that than just hand over all that money!!
