Hi,

We are hoping to move to Oz next September but as we have got a two year old and another baby due in February 08 I probably won't be able to work straight away. My husband is a carpet fitter/floor finisher but we've no idea how much money we can expect him to earn each week. Will I be entitled to child benefit or Oz equivalent and how much are nursery fees in Sunshine Coast area and at what age do children start kindrgarten/school in Oz? I would be really grateful for any info on this subject, thanks,

Hi there,

You will be able to get family assistance. You need to look up centrelink on the internet and I think you get so much towards nursery if I am right but they let you know all this when you speak to them.
