Australia...where to live???

Hello to everyone,

On this cold day in Scotland Brrrruuu need to get to the heat

asap!!.
I posted a thread a while back asking for advice on how to go about trying to get a NURSING post in Australia (I qualify in Feb). Alot of kind advice was given and I proceeded to contact various healthcare establishments. Ramsay Healthcare have emailed back and asked me to choose what Hospitals would I be interested in working in. This is my dilemma, I was thinking Brisbane or NSW, but having never visited Australia I need an area that can accommodate a teenage boy

and easily accesible for transport as I do not drive. Any advice once again folks would be appreciated.

Hi Alina,

Can't help you with your query, but just thought I'd join you on the brrrrrrr front. I'm so cold today that Oz can't come soon enough! Having said that I've already started worrying about how cold it will be in winter in South Australia. It will probably be autumn in Oz when we get there and it's playing on my mind already,

Off to put another jumper on.......

We just looked at the year round temperature mapof OZ and stuck a pin in the map!!Its just too big to say.
We started in Perth and ended up in Melbourne.
Highly recommend a rekkie trip tho

Yeah I had already checked out weather in different areas, but not sure what the areas are like...built up or rural..?
