Hi Ally, did you have to wait long for the appointment? We have a law court in our town, so thought I might try that.

Cheers, Bernie :)

All the more reason for you to get down under as quick as..........

I witness documents for nothing....... zilch ........ zero...... nowt; and if you have time the missis generally throws in a free cuppa too.

It's bloody brilliant in Australia......

Hi

For the TRA, anyone that can sign a passport form can certify the copies, it doesn't have to be a solicitor or JP.

We used a Police Officer and a Nurse, both of which were friends, costing nothing.

Wishing you all luck.

re: certifying documents

Hi we used an agent to do the TRA for us aswell, they actually did this for free and it was a good job we did as they made us redo quite a lot of the references etc to there wording! We used Charlene Amarte at workpermit.com they were excellent. There number is 0207 8420800 if they are any use to you. Good luck

HI - WE WENT TO OUR LOCAL SLOICITORS WHO CHARGED US ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR CERTIFYING DOCS!! JUST RANG UP IN THE MORNING AND GAVE US A 10 MIN SLOT FOR NOTHING - TRY IT AND SEE, YOU JUST NEVER KNOW.

ITS BEEN THE ONLY THING THAT HAS OR WILL BE FREE THOUGH!!

GOOD LUCK, LYNNE X
