hi we are torn between perth or brisbane. It was always gonna be perth at first and years we have always said perth. But now we are actually going for it, we are leaning towards brisbane. After hours and hours of research using google.com.au, domain.com.au and google earth, we really like the look of brisbane. It seems more reasonable in price for housing and also lots of rivers and unwinding lakes that lead to the sea (my husband likes this as he would one day like a boat). Mandurah in perth seems the closest to that sort of lifestyle if we were to choose perth. Its so hard just can't decide. Both have plenty of work for my hubby so no worries there. We have heard that brisbane is the next place to boom abd that perth is already peaked. dont know if thats true as we are not there. As we are so un-decided maybe the decision will have to be based on cheaper housing, crime rate and good schooling. Has any body got any opinions or can help with our decision?
