TRA payment

Hi there everyone, new to all this! I am an electrician looking to go to the Sunshine Coast with my family. I am about to send off all my certificates etc to the TRA, can anyone clarify the payment situation? Feeling a bit stupid asking but couldnt quite understand the wording on the website!!! Help anyone?

I also didn't understand but phoned my Bank (Co-op), spoke to the Foreign Currancy department, explained what was on the website and they seemed to know what to do and sorted it all out. Received a cheque in the post 2 days later for the AU$300 and sent it along with the TRA.
