police problems

hi just like to know of anyone whos had a problem with police checks 18 month ago i had a run in with someone who tried to run my wife and 2year girl off the road so i went mad and got done with assault being 250 pound fine and 12 suspended sentence i have put this down in my application now we have our medicals on the 27 march plus police checks as well as anybody had any worries or other problems might put my mind at rest tonyl

i know somebody who got his visa this year and left for aus in feb he had a few criminal convictions for gbh all it did was slow his application down .i think you,ll be fine

hiya i too agree with batman ,im sure you will be fine ,many ,many people have asked regarding similar offences and i have yet to find someone who failed on a police check ,i think they just want to know your not an escaped murderer or armed robber ,,good luck and try not to worry
